Aiora ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Aiora mobile application (the "Service"). This page explains how the app handles your information and what data, if any, is transmitted outside your device.

1. Our Privacy Commitment

Aiora is designed with privacy first. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. All your information — your schedule, lifestyle details, preferences, and history — is stored exclusively on your device. You are in complete control.

2. Information and How It Is Used

The following information may be involved when you use Aiora:

• Photos: When you use the AI schedule generation feature, you voluntarily provide a photo. This image is sent directly from your device to the selected AI provider's API (Google Gemini or Groq AI) to generate your personalized schedule. Aiora never stores or retains your photo — it is not saved to any Aiora server.
• Lifestyle Information: During onboarding, you provide details about your goals, habits, schedule, and lifestyle. This information is stored locally on your device only and is transmitted to the AI provider at the time of schedule generation to produce a personalized plan.
• App Data: Your schedule, streak history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Aiora does not upload or back up this data to any server.

3. AI Providers

Aiora uses third-party AI services to generate your personalized schedule. Depending on your device's settings and availability, one of the following may be used:

• Google Gemini API: Your photo and lifestyle information may be transmitted to Google's Gemini API for schedule generation. Google's use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy and AI Terms of Service.
• Groq AI API: Your photo and lifestyle information may alternatively be transmitted to Groq's API for schedule generation. Groq's use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy.

In both cases, your data is sent directly from your device to the AI provider and is not routed through or stored on any Aiora server.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Aiora does not store your personal data on its own servers. All app data resides on your device:

• Photos are never stored by Aiora — they are sent once to the AI model and then discarded.
• Your schedule, lifestyle data, and preferences are saved locally on your device.
• Deleting the app or clearing app data permanently removes all information from your device.

5. Your Rights and Control

Because your data lives on your device, you have complete control:

• You can view, edit, or delete your schedule and preferences directly in the app at any time.
• Clearing the app's data or uninstalling removes all locally stored information.
• No account deletion request is needed — there is no Aiora server account.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided information through our Service, please contact us immediately.

7. Security

Data transmitted from the app to AI provider APIs uses industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption. Since Aiora does not operate its own data servers, there is no centralized database of user information to secure or breach.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "last updated" date above.
